A total of 1,900 former employees of PT Kertas Leces (Persero)—now in bankruptcy—who are members of the Association of workers for PT Kertas Leces (PAKAR-AKRAB) have filed a civil lawsuit against the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, at the Central Jakarta District Court (Central Jakarta DC). The lawsuit, registered under Number 716/Pdt.G/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst, stems from the unresolved settlement of Leces’ assets, which has been declared bankrupt since 2018.
