The Fisheries Court system (Peradilan Perikanan) is covered in this week’s Indonesian Law Digest (“ILD”). The existence of the Fisheries Court stems from the enactment of LawNo. 31 of 2004on Fisheries (“2004 Fisheries Law”), as amended by LawNo. 45 of 2009(“2009 Fisheries Law”) –collectively referred to as the “Fisheries Laws.”
