The government has issued Regulation No. 31 of 2026 on Concessions for Persons with Disabilities and Incentives for Companies (“ Regulation 31/2026 ”). Regulation 31/2026 will now serve as an implementing framework to Law No. 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities (“ Law 8/2016 ”), [1] which requires the government to provide incentives to private companies that employ persons with disabilities, as well as tourism businesses that operate accessible travel services for persons with disabilities.
