Since 2012, the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung– “ MA ”) has held annual chambers plenary meetings in order to discuss technical and non-technical judicial matters relating to the relevant chambers of court.This year, the MA held its chambers plenary meeting in Bandung from 1 - 3 November and ended up passing several resolutions, as outlined in Circular of the MA on the Enforcement of the 2018 Chambers Plenary Meeting Resolutions of the Supreme Court as Guidelines for the Implementation of Tasks by Courts (“ Circular 3/2018 ”).The resolutions have been divided into six sections based on the relevant MA chamber, specifically:
