In order to implement provisions on imported goods intended for use by Indonesian citizens, specifically import-duty exemptions for certain goods (e.g. transferred goods), as stipulated under Law No. 17 of 2006 on the Amendment to Law No. 10 of 1995 on Customs (“ Law 17/2006 ”), the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 25 of 2025 (“ Regulation 25/2025 ”) on Customs Provisions on Imports of Transferred Goods (“ Imported Goods ”), which is set to come into force on 28 June 2025.
