The Minister of Communications and Information has issued Regulation No. 12/PER/M.KOMINFO/04/2008 with a view to ensuring improvements in the standards of quality service provided to users of basic telephony services on the mobile network. This is to be done by stipulating standards to measure the quality of services provided.
