Construction Services Employee Social Welfare Guarantee Program - Implementing Guidelines

The Government of Jakarta has deemed Regulation No. 63 of 2003 to be no longer fit for the purpose that it was originally enacted. In order to perfect the perceived deficiencies in the Regulation the government has issued Regulation No. 78 of 2008. Basically, the Regulation sets out the participants in the program, procedures for registration, compulsory contributions, payment of benefits, and sanctions, among others.
