The government ofJakartahas issued Regulation No. 76 of 2008 to provide exceptions to government-owned land or land owned by a regional enterprise to the requirement that a Land Reference and Utilization License Letter (SuratIzin Penunjukan dan Penggunaan Tanah/ SIPPT) be obtained for all land of an area off 5000m2 or more.
