The recent issue of Minister of Trade Regulation No. 33/M-DAG/PER/8/2008 has significantly changed the property playing field inIndonesia. The Regulation was issued on21 August 2008but does not come into force until one year from this date. It is expected that this will provide the necessary time for property agents to comply with the provisions of the Regulation.
