The Regulation, No. 41/M-IND/PER/6/2008, also covers the issue of industrial business expansion licenses and industrial business registration for small industries. The basic purpose of the Regulation is to facilitate the implementation of Article 8 of Government Regulation No. 13 of 1995 with respect to complying with the provisions of Articles 2 and 4 of the more recently enacted Government Regulation No. 38 of 2007.
