To facilitate the movement of imported goods back out of all ofIndonesia's customs zones and not just the temporary warehousing facilities catered for currently the Minister of Finance has issued Regulation No. 149/PMK.04/2007 to give effect to the provisions contained in Article 10A(7)(f) of the Customs Law (Law No. 10 of 1995 as amended by Law No. 17 of 2006).
