Simple Apartment Housing - Reduction of Licensing Development Levies

The government ofJakartahas realized that with a burgeoning population the pressure to find appropriate and suitable housing is ever-increasing. The most obvious answer to the housing shortage in the low-end market is to ensure that there are incentives to start projects and see them through. It is expected that some 1000 towers are to be built in order to accommodate demand.To this end the government ofJakartahas decided to reduce licensing levies in the simple apartment housing sector.
