This Regulation is based on Gubernatorial Decision No. 6 of 2001 and is the perfection of an earlier Regulation No. 126 of 2006 on the same subject matter. This Regulation, No. 139 of 2007, sets out how this retribution is to be levied and the services provided by the city that attract a fee or retribution.
