Transfer of the Business Interests of the Indonesian National Armed Forces to the Government

The transfer of the business interests of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Tentara Nasional Indonesia/ TNI) to the government was mandated in Law No. 34 of 2004 and is to take place within five years of the Law’s enactment. Therefore, all TNI business interests are theoretically to be transferred to the government in 2009.
