The illegal export ofIndonesia’s natural resources is a continuing problem that needs greater attention and supervision of activities in order to reduce the level of illegal exports. To this end the Minister of Trade has issued Regulation No. 14/M-DAG/PER/5/2008 with the view of increasing supervision of certain exported mine products. A list of the mineral resources that are going to be subject to this increased supervision is listed in Attachment I.
