Following the enforcement of Regulation of the Government No. 30 of 2024 on the Management of Water Resources, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has decided to issue Regulation No. 14 of 2024 (“ Regulation 14/2024 ”) on the Organization of Groundwater Business Permits (“ Business Permits ”) and Approvals for Groundwater Utilization (“ Approvals ”), which has been in force since 9 December 2024.
