In an effort to expedite an energy transition within the electrical power sector and encourage the development of power plants that utilize renewable sources of energy, as well as to ensure that all electrical power supply business activities are in line with current requirements, the government is currently completing work on the Draft Regulation of the Government on Electrical Power Supply Businesses (“ Draft Regulation ”).
