Acceleration of the Construction of Environmentally Friendly Waste-Processing Electrical-Energy Installations

In a bid to overcome urban waste problems, the government is currently pushing for the accelerated construction of waste-based power plants (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Sampah– “ PLTSa ”)  through the issuance of Regulation of the President on the Accelerated Construction of Waste-Processing Electrical-Energy Installations Based on Environmentally Friendly Technologies (“ Regulation 35/2018 ”).
