The Minister of Finance (MoF) has issued DecisionNo.98/KMK.01/2006(the “Decision”) to facilitate compliance with previous regulations setting out the practices of modern service standards in taxation offices. The primary purpose of account representatives is to allow fro an intensification of management of taxation obligations to ensure more consistent and greater levels of efficiency in the collection of tax.
