Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency Decree No. KEP-566/BL/2011 on Adjusted Net Capital Reporting and Maintenance (“Decree”) has been issued to implement a system for securities companies to calculate, maintain, and report adjusted net capital. The Decree consists of six articles and one appendix. The Appendix is referred to as Regulation No. V.D.5 (“Regulation”). The Regulation consists of 10 appendices, which include relevant forms.
