The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has issued guidelines covering the administration and technical elements of the Industrial Relations Court. These guidelines are contained in DecisionNo. KMA/034/SK/IV/2006and were issued on 19 April 2006. However, they have only begun the process of socialization in late July in a half-day seminar organized by the Indonesia Employers' Association (APINDO).
