Administrative Sanctions for Failure to Register Warehouses Further Regulated

Regulation of the Government No. 33 of 2019 on the Imposition of Administrative Sanctions upon Warehouse Owners who Fail to Register Their Warehouses (“ Regulation 33/2019 ”) has been issued as an implementing regulation to Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade (“ Trade Law ”). [1] As background information, the Trade Law requires all warehouse owners to register their warehouses and administrative sanctions may be imposed for any failure to comply with this obligation. [2]
