Administrative Sanctions for Violations of Provisions on Foreign Exchange Export Proceeds Deriving from Natural Resource Business Activities Further Regulated

As mandated by Regulation of the Government No. 1 of 2019 on Foreign Exchange Export Proceeds from the Business, Management and/or Processing of Natural Resources, [1] the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 98/PMK.04/2019 on Tariffs for Administrative Sanction in the Form of Fine and Procedures for the Imposition, Collection and Deposit of Administrative Sanction in the Form of Fine for Violations of Provisions on Foreign Exchange Export Proceeds from the Business, Management and/or Processing of Natural Resources (“ Regulation 98/2019 ”).
