Agricultural Business Licensing Redefined

In the wake of its initial implementation last year, the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system continues to be updated and said updates encompass the agricultural sector. In this context and with the ultimate goal of further optimizing licensing procedures within the agricultural sector, the Minister of Agriculture (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 40 of 2019 on Procedures for Business Licensing within Agricultural Sector (“ Regulation 40/2019 ”).
