Minister of Transportation Regulation No.92 of 2011 on the Amendment to Regulation No. PM77 of 2011 (see ILB No. 1740 8 September 2011) on Air Transportation Carrier Responsibilities (“Regulation”) has been issued. The purpose of the Regulation is to amend Article 16 (1), Article 16 (3), Article 20, and Article 29 of Regulation 77 of 2011 (“PM 77/2011”). The Regulation also postpones the date PM 77/2011 will enter into force from 8 November 2011 to 1 January 2012.
