The Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. PM 6 of 2026 on Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) Part 47 on Aircraft Registration (“ Regulation 6/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, this Regulation 6/2026 replace and repeals Regulation of the Minister No. PM 52 of 2018 that bore the same title as Regulation 6/2026, as amended by Regulation of the Minister No. PM 26 of 2021 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 52/2018 ”).
