Minister of Transportation Regulation No. PM.77 of 2011 on Air Transportation Carrier Responsibilities (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement several articles of Law No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation (“Aviation Law”). The articles are, among others, Article 61 (1) (c) (d) and (3); Article 165 (1); Article 168; Article 170; and Article 186 (2).
