Allocation of Business Income for Innovation - Incentives Available

To ensure that Indonesia remains competitive in the global market the Government has issued Government RegulationNo. 35 of 2007on the Allocation of Business Income for the Purposes of Increasing Engineering, Innovation, and Diffusion of Technology. The Regulation facilitates the implementation of Article 28(3) ofLaw No. 18 of 2002on the National System of Research, Development, and Application of Scientific Knowledge and Technology.
