The Minister for Communication and Information has issued DecisionNo: 29/KEP/M.KOMINFO/03/2006setting out the applicable provisions concerning allocation and permit tariff payments for 2.1GHz radio frequency. This Regulation primarily concerns two of the winners of the recent frequency band auction (see ILBs of 18/1/2006); namely, PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications Indonesia (Hutchison) and PT Natrindo Telepon Seluler (Natrindo). The other winners included PT Telekomunikasi Selular, PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk, and PT Indosat Tbk.
