The Minister of Labor and Transmigration has issued an amendment to DecisionNo. KEP - 48/MEN/IV/2004to simplify the process of legalizing Company Regulations and registration of Cooperative Work Agreements with a view to creating a more conducive investment environment. This Regulation,No: PER.08/MEN/III/2006, comprises part of the Department of Labor and Transmigration regulatory commitments under the recent Presidential Instruction on investment (see ILB/ILB 3/3/2006).
