Minister of Trade Regulation No. 23/M-DAG/PER/9/2011 (“Regulation”) amends Minister of Trade Regulation No. 44/M-DAG/PER/9/2009 on Procurement, Distribution, and Supervision of Hazardous Materials. The Government aims to improve the effectiveness of supervision over imported hazardous materials by introducing a list of designated ports for imported dangerous materials and new provisions on verification or technical investigations of imported goods at the port of loading.
