AP/KAP Required to Fulfill Certain Obligations Before 31 December 2023

In a bid to ensure that any utilization of services provided by public accountants (Akuntan Publik– “ AP ”) and/or public-accounting firms (Kantor Akuntan Publik– “ KAP ”) is in line with current accounting and administrative requirements that apply within the financial services sector, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2023 on the Utilization of Services Offered by Public Accountants and Public Accountants’ Offices in Relation to Financial Services Activities (“ Regulation 9/2023 ”), which has been in force since 11 July 2023.
