Application-Based Transportation Services Reregulated

The Ministry of Transportation (“Ministry”)has issued Regulation No. PM 26 of 2017 on the Organization of Non-Fixed-Route Public-Transportation Services (“Regulation 26/2017”), in an attemptto offer greater legal certainty for the organization of said public-transportation services, specifically application-based transportation services.
