The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. PER-19/MBU/10/2014 on Requirements and Procedures for Appointing and Dismissing Commissioners and the Supervisory Board of State-Owned Enterprises (“Regulation”) to implement Articles 30 and 59 of Law No. 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprise. The Regulation also implements Article 58 of Government Regulation No. 45 of 2005 on Establishment, Management, Supervision, and Dissolution of State-Owned Enterprises. [1]
