The Directors of the Surabaya Stock Exchange have issued RuleNo. I.Gon the listing of asset-backed shares on the Surabaya Stock Exchange (BES). This Rule is an Attachment to Decision of the Directors of the Surabaya Stock ExchangeNo: SK-006/LGL/BES/VII/2006. The Rule covers all matters related to procedures for obtaining agreement to list, listing and de-listing, listing fees, reporting obligations, and sanctions. The Rule includes 5 standard forms, a copy of each of which is attached to the Rule.
