Attention Investment Managers: BEI Issues New Procedures for the Listing of Gold-ETF and Class-Based ETF Reporting

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has issued Rule No. I-C (“ Current Rule I-C ”), as the Appendix to Decree of the BEI Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) No. Kep-00064/BEI/04-2026 on the Listing of Participation Units in Mutual Funds in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts Whose Participation Units Are Traded Through the Stock Exchange (“ Decree 64/2026 ”). This new framework has now officially repealed and replaced Rule No. I-C (“ Previous Rule I-C ”) as the Appendix to Decree of the BEI BoD No. Kep-00183/BEI/11-2024 (“ Decree 183/2024 ”), which bore the same title as Decree 64/2026.
