Attention Shareholders in Public Companies: Electronic Reporting of Share Ownership and Pledging Activities Mandatory from December 2025

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) recently issued Circular No. 10/SEOJK.04/2025 on Electronic Submissions of Reports on Share Ownership and Changes to the Share Ownership of Public Companies (“ Ownership Reports ”)and Reports on Share Pledging Activity Undertaken by Public Companies (“ Pledging Reports ”) (collectively referred to as “ Reports ”)(“ Circular 10/2025 ”), which is set to come into force on 5 December 2025.
