Avoid Blacklisting! Public PSE Required to Comply with New Registration, Data Governance and UGC Mandates by March 2026

Following the mandates introduced under Regulation of the Government No. 71 of 2019 on the Organization of Electronic Systems and Transactions (“ Regulation 71/2019 ”), [1] the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (“ Minister ”) has now decided to introduce Regulation No. 5 of 2025 (“ Regulation 5/2025 ”) on Electronic System Organizers (Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik– “ PSE ”) Operating Within the Public Sector (“ Public PSE ”), which has been in force since 25 March 2025. [2]
