In late January Bank Indonesia (BI) confirmed RegulationNo. 8/5/PBI/2006on Bank Mediation (see ILB 1/2/2006) and to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of the noted Regulation BI issued this Circular,No. 8/14/DPNP. The other relevant mediation regulations are BI RegulationNo. 7/7/PBI/2005and BI Circular No. 7/24/DPNP both were issued in July 2005.
