Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) has issued Regulation of the Board of Governors No. 20 of 2026 on Foreign Exchange Market Transactions for Hedging Through Partner Banks (“ Regulation 20/2026 ”). This Regulation 20/2026 serves as an implementing framework to Regulation of BI No. 6 of 2024 (“ Regulation 6/2024 ”) on the Money Market and Foreign Exchange Market (Pasar Uang dan Pasar Valuta Asing- “ PUVA ”).
