Prohibitions on and limitations of imports and exports of consumer goods, sources of ionizing radiation and nuclear materials (collectively referred to as " Import and Export Prohibitions and Limitations ") are currently addressed under Regulation of the Head of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency (Badan Pengawas Tenaga Tenaga Nuklir– " BAPETEN" ) No. 2 of 2017 (" Regulation 2/2017" ). However, as the Minister of Finance has now issued Regulation No. 26/PMK.010/2022 on the Stipulation of the Classification System for Goods and Exemptions to Import-Duty Tariffs on Imported Goods, which revises certain goods classifications that affect provisions on Import and Export Prohibitions and Limitations, the Head of BAPETEN (" Head ") has now issued a new Draft Regulation (" Draft Regulation "), which bears the same title as Regulation 2/2017 and which makes a number of revisions regarding these matters.
