Bappebti Updates Provisions on the Mandatory Submission of Annual Reports: Violators to Be Subject to the Imposition of Sanctions

The Commodity Futures Trading Agency (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi -“ Bappebti ”) recently issued Regulation No. 5 of 2022 (“ Regulation 5/2022 ”) on the Obligation to Prepare and Submit Annual Reports on the Condition and Development of the Business Activities of Futures Exchanges, Futures Clearing Agencies, Futures Brokers, Futures Advisors, Futures Fund Managers, Futures Traders and Deposit Banks for Margins, Compensation Funds and/or Guarantee Funds (“ Annual Reports ”).
