BEI Aligns Listed Company Reporting with Latest OJK Framework: Insurance Companies Granted Extended Deadline for Q3 2025 Financial Statements

In 2022, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) introduced Rule No. I-E (“ Previous Rule I-E ”) on Information Disclosure Obligations as the Appendix to Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 (“ Decree 66/2022 ”). As its title suggests, the Previous Rule I-E set out various provisions that specifically address information disclosures by issuers and publicly traded companies whose securities are listed through BEI (“ Listed Companies ”).
