The Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has issued Decree No. Kep-00032/BEI/02-2023 on the Reporting of Securities Transactions via the System for the Receiving of Securities Transaction Reports (Penerima Laporan Transaksi Efek– “ PLTE ”) (“ Decree 32/2023 ”), which has been in force since 28 February 2023.
