The Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has issued the new Decree No. Kep-00125/BEI/09-2026 on Fee and Incentive Policies for Equity Liquidity Providers (“ Decree 125/2026 ”), which revokes and replaces the previous Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI No. Kep-00030/BEI/02-2026 (“ Decree 30/2026 ”) and Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI No. KEP-00007/BEI/05-2025 (“ Decree 7/2025 ”), which bore the same title as Decree 125/2026.
