The Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) recently adjusted various provisions set out under Regulation II-E (“ New Regulation II-E ”) on Trading in Futures Contracts, as set out under the Appendix to Decree No. KEP-00102/BEI/12-2022 of 2022 (“ Decree 102/2023 ”), which has been in force since 2 January 2023. Upon its promulgation, the previous framework of Regulation II-E (“ Previous Regulation II-E ”), which was set out under Decree of the BEI BoD No. Kep-00086/BEI/10-2021 of 2021 (“ Decree 86/2021 ”), has now been replaced and repealed.
