With the goal of improving protection for investors, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia recently renewed provisions on the addition of special notations to the codes of listed companies on information displays (“ Companies ”) through the issuance of Circular No. SE-00002/BEI/01-2021 (“ Circular 2/2021 ”), which simultaneously replaces and repeals Circular No. SE-00001/BEI/12-2018 (“ Circular 1/2018 ”).
