As a member state of the United Nations (“ UN ”), Indonesia actively contributes to the advancement of the global body’s Sustainable Development Goals (Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan- “ TPB ”), which were established through the UN’s Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Document. [1] To further this commitment, Indonesia is in the process of harmonizing its medium-term development plans with the global 2030 Agenda and is now seeking to accelerate the achievement of these goals through Regulation of the President No. 111 of 2022 on the Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (“ Regulation 111/2022 ”).
