BI Merges Provisions on DHE, DHE-SDA and DPI

In order to increase the efficiency of the reporting of Foreign-Exchange Export Proceeds (Devisa Hasil Ekspor– “ DHE ”) by exporters, as well the reporting of Foreign-Exchange for Import Payments (Devisa Pembayaran Impor– “ DPI ”) by importers, [1] Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) recently issued Regulation No. 21/14/PBI/2019 on Foreign-Exchange Export Proceeds and Foreign-Exchange Import Payments (“ Regulation 14/2019 ”).
