BI Renews Provisions on the Reporting of Foreign-Exchange Traffic Activities of Banks and Customers

In an effort to encourage further transparency and increase data availability in relation to foreign-exchange traffic (lalu lintas devisa– “ LLD ”) activities, Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) recently issued Regulation No. 21/15/PBI/2019 on the Oversight of Foreign-Exchange Traffic Activities of Banks and Customers (“ Regulation 15/2019 ”).
